It actually depresses me a little that the majority of super-awesome ’90s alt-songs I post on here get zero notes, but my scan of Will Smith on the cover of Seventeen in 1992 has over 34,000 notes. Really? Is Will Smith that cool? I don’t get it.

Goddamn, Britain was producing mind-blowingly good musicians around this time (I mean, there’s always great stuff coming from there, but there are certain eras in particular that I believe we all single out as being crazy-good). This track perches on the perfect intersecting point between pop, rock, and dance.
It was a summer nearly twenty years ago where I rode around on my bike, blasting this song again and again and again. It doesn’t get old. I wish I could say the same for me, though :p
