Thanks! I haven’t checked out the site thoroughly yet — I have a bit of a complicated relationship with post-Sassy Jane. She is great, but her constant celebrity-friend name-dropping gets on my nerves sometimes. It’s like she’s trying to prove something to herself when she doesn’t need to. Or maybe I should find this insecurity charming and relatable. I don’t know.

Thank YOU for checking it out! I could never bring myself to part with my ’90s magazines and finally it’s paying off because I can share my collection and also enjoy looking back at that time with different eyes. I hope you find the Versace clothes of your dreams!

Yes, I meant Daisy Chainsaw. I have to admit that I was not aware of Queen Adreena’s existence until I posted the Daisy Chainsaw spam and my awesome followers commented and reblogged and filled in some of the informational blanks regarding Katie Jane. At 14 I wasn’t really ready to become a Daisy Chainsaw devotee — I was fascinated by them, but I had to listen to a lot more music and make my way to the point where I could better embrace their distorted, wild sound. Does that make sense? Everyone has their own musical evolutionary journey. But it’s been great learning more about Katie Jane and what she did/has been doing post-DC. 

This is one of the myriad reasons why I love running this blog — I end up learning stuff from my followers and it’s awesome. Thanks for writing!
